Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in any engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university is required.
• 6+ years of experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on EPC projects and proposals.
• Desired experience in engineered fixed equipment, particularly above ground storage tanks and low temperature bulk storage systems.
• Ability to comprehend client specifications and procurement standards thoroughly.
• Strong management skills with a proven ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of engineering for assigned projects ensuring adherence to contract scope and quality expectations.
• Manage engineering input to support project schedule development and coordination.
• Coordinate communication between clients and discipline leads to establish design codes and criteria.
• Develop and communicate the Engineering Scope of Work and Project Engineering Plan to the team.
• Verify compliance with quality processes across all engineering disciplines involved.
• Organize regular design coordination meetings to address barriers and ensure collaboration among disciplines.
• Monitor project performance and provide input for status reports, ensuring all work aligns with approved manuals and standards.
