The Technology Implementation Lead delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Technology Implementation Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Humana is looking for an experienced leader for the Pharmacy Clinical Integration and Implementation team. The selected candidate will be responsible for opportunity evaluation, planning oversight, coordinating execution of new vendor contracts related to PBM HIT initiatives.

You will work and collaborate with leaders across the Humana enterprise, HPS executive leaders and have extensive engagement representing Humana with external partners. You will also advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

This individual will leverage their deep Health Information Technology (HIT) background to bring technology innovations for Humana's PBM to life. They will use their strong collaboration to drive technology and process improvements, which will improve member health and well-being. We ask that you have an in-depth understanding of technology strategy and implementation that interrelates across the function and Humana business overall.

  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field

Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$106,900 - $147,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
