Full Job Description
Step into a pivotal role with Haltom City as our new Payroll Specialist. Located in the heart of Haltom City, TX, this full-time, in-office position offers an impressive salary range of $70,977 - $106,466 annually ($34.12/hour). We also offer our team generous benefits. This includes:

You'll work a consistent Monday through Thursday schedule from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, giving you long weekends and stability in your routine. This is a full-time, in-office role at Haltom City City Hall.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

As a Payroll Specialist, you will process and administer payroll with accuracy, ensuring every city employee receives timely and correct compensation. You will maintain comprehensive records and generate required reports, while managing employee changes and responding to related inquiries. Your role will keep you engaged in ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting audit efforts. You will also administer related benefits and deductions.
