DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Payroll Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will
have a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll processing. Prior experience using ADP
Global View, ADP Celergo and Workday preferred. This role requires attention to detail,
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll functions including timecard approvals, pay data imports, and pre/post payroll audits, while validating salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll data.
Assist with various payroll-related projects as needed.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
4+ years of experience in payroll processing.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 - $127,500 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
