As a Payroll Accountant, you’ll be a key member of our North America payroll team. You’ll process and transmit payroll for one or more companies across Capital Group to ensure our associates are being paid accurately and timely. Every day, you’ll engage with associates by answering their questions about the salary, tax withholding, or general questions about their compensation. You’ll partner closely with our compensation, benefits, and global data management team and others from the payroll team to ensure the day to day operations are moving smoothly. To thrive in this role, you’ve handled payroll processing for a large complex multi-state organization, have a bachelor’s degree, and have your Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

Los Angeles Base Salary Range: $72,816-$116,506

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
