Meet the team:

As a Payor Analytics Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in defining market value, optimizing profitability, and driving revenue growth in support of key business partners. This role is responsible for transforming complex commercial, patient, market, and financial data into actionable insights that inform pricing strategy, support business performance, and enable data-driven executive decision making.

The Senior Pricing Analyst will analyze payor, provider, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for revenue growth, margin optimization, and expanded patient access. You will develop and maintain analytical frameworks, financial models, and performance reporting that support pricing strategies, contracting decisions, forecasting activities, and long-term business planning.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across Market Access, Trade, Forecasting, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Leadership, you will provide strategic recommendations that help shape business decisions across North America. This role serves as a trusted analytical partner, helping stakeholders evaluate performance, identify emerging opportunities, quantify financial impacts, and assess business risks in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Successful candidates will demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to independently manage complex analyses. They must excel in a collaborative environment, effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences, and influence decision-making across multiple functions within the Dexcom organization.

Where you come in:
  • Lead analysis of pricing performance, payor contracting effectiveness, and market access dynamics across multiple lines of business, customer segments, and geographies.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain executive-facing dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and other analytics tools to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities, assess pricing strategies, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve analytical capabilities, business processes, reporting efficiency, and system effectiveness across Dexcom.
  • Partner with Market Access, Trade, Finance, Forecasting, and Commercial teams to provide analytical support for contract development, negotiation, implementation, and performance management.
  • Present complex analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, translating data into clear business implications and actionable next steps.
