Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Project Analyst for the Business Readiness team.
This role ensures the organization is prepared to adopt, operate, and sustain change driven by new initiatives, systems, processes, or regulatory requirements. The Project Analyst serves as a critical link between project delivery and business adoption, ensuring operational readiness from go-live through stabilization.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining test strategies and building functional and regression test cases
- Creating readiness plans, dashboards, and production validation test plans
- Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies (upstream and downstream) and helping drive solutions
- Giving leaders clear visibility into readiness, risks, and go-live decisions
- Supporting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five to eight years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 8+ years of related experience preferred
- Credit Card Lifecycle experience
- Familiarity with systems like ICS, Casper, ACAPS, RCA/PRCA, PCSP, KYC and Digital Wallets
- Jira and PractiTest experience is a plus
- Strong functional and end-to-end testing skills
- Great organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable owning defects, issues, and seeing them through to resolution
- Demonstrated project management experience
Location ExpectationsThis role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00
