Help deepen relationships with strategic clients through targeted engagement strategies and help shape programs that align to business objectives. As a Payments Strategic Client Engagement Associate in Global Payments Sales, you will support the execution of client engagement strategies, executive-facing programs, and thought leadership initiatives. You will coordinate across payments teams and stakeholders to keep programs aligned, on schedule, and measurable. You will use data to help identify priority engagement audiences and evaluate program outcomes. You will help create and distribute high-impact, client-focused content that supports business priorities.

Job responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of strategic client engagement initiatives across corporate and financial institution clients


  • Assist in building and reviewing client target lists for strategic engagement opportunities, including pre- and post-engagement target analysis


  • Maintain engagement calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across functions


  • Track client participation, engagement outcomes, and post-event follow-ups and actions


  • Support client briefing development, executive meeting preparation, and follow-up activities as needed


  • Coordinate and distribute payments thought leadership content


  • Manage content calendars and execute weekly sales meeting communications


  • Partner with subject matter experts to curate actionable, client-focused content aligned to business priorities


  • Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve engagement effectiveness


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, marketing, sales enablement, communications, business management, and/or client strategy


  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel


  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts


  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills


  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills


  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
