JOB DESCRIPTION

Help clients expand globally by shaping cross-currency payment and foreign exchange solutions that meet real business needs. You will work with a collaborative, global team focused on unlocking growth across regions. In this role, you will translate client goals into clear solution designs, proposals, and presentations that move opportunities forward. You will also bring market and client insights back to product partners to strengthen our offering.

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in the Cross-Currency Solutions team within JPMorganChase Payments, you will help accelerate regional and cross-regional foreign exchange and cross-currency payments growth. You will support end-to-end solutioning activities, from discovery through proposal development and client presentation. You will partner closely with sales, product, and client coverage teams to design solutions that align to client objectives and commercial goals. You will contribute to pipeline discipline, opportunity analysis, and reporting to support execution of the growth strategy.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with senior team members to define and configure client solutions through collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Build pricing proposals and value analysis materials to demonstrate product benefits to clients
  • Deliver client presentations and support pre-sales activities, including preparation and follow-up coordination
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders to enable proactive, targeted client engagement and calling efforts
  • Establish working forums across the solutions team to align on solution configuration and execution
  • Provide ongoing feedback to product partners on market trends and evolving client needs to inform product enhancements
  • Manage pipeline development and target lists, supporting execution from pre-sales through mandate win and deal close
  • Prepare senior management reporting, opportunity analysis, and modeling to support decision-making
  • Conduct portfolio reviews with banking and payments stakeholders and track progress against identified opportunities
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions and proposals that support client engagement and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and proposal teams to support proposal responses and pricing decisions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Three years of experience in product solutions, client solutioning, sales support, or a related role
  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing client presentations, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports
  • Knowledge of transaction banking, cross-border payments, payment channels, and foreign exchange (FX) concepts
  • Demonstrated product-oriented sales acumen and ability to support commercial outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentation capability
  • Ability to work against portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment
  • Ability to develop clear sales and marketing strategies and execute against them
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal partners across sales, product management, client service, and coverage teams
  • Experience working effectively in a matrixed, complex organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
