Full Job Description
FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will be responsible for direct sales and growing the business through a multi- channel strategy and relationship-driven partnerships

We are looking for a professional within the Financial Services industry with experience, a strong network of relationships, and proven track record of negotiating partnerships.

About This Role:

Business Development & Sales
•    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, targeted outreach, and relationship-building activities
•    Identify and pursue prospect opportunities that demonstrate strong fit based on interest, scalability, and strategic alignment 
•    Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close
•    Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets
•    Conduct direct sales activities at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads and expand referral networks

Client Relationship & Market Intelligence 
•    Create premium sales collateral including proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
•    Serve as subject matter expert on card personalization market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging innovation opportunities
•    Provide strategic feedback to leadership on market dynamics, competitors and opportunities to enhance current and future competitive advantages
•    Support new client onboarding process to ensure seamless transition and that customer expectations are met or exceeded

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Partner regularly with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs and service capabilities
•    Provide market-driven input to inform the product innovation roadmap
•    Promote card personalization services through bank-approved and client-approved marketing channels
•    Work closely with account management to ensure effective and efficient transition of new clients
 

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

 

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with prior card or financial industry experience preferred   
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long-term, profitable growth
  • Frequent travel of ~30%

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

 

Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
