Job SummarySummary:The Resident Regional Manager will be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all patient transport activities within a large health system through subordinate managers and directors. You will continually monitor operating units and selectively negotiate as needed for matters relating to account operations in order to assure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals and future business growth plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop a business plan and budget for the account.
Control overhead expenses within the account
Lead and develop a team of employees including supervisors, managers, and Director's.
Review and analyze financial statements, weekly operating reports and other financial results.
Recommends and manage capital requirements to enhance financial returns.
Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates.
Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate for account.
Maintain and support client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retention.
Maintain an active stewardship program at multiple levels.
Promote client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resources.
Monitors and ensure compliance with the provisions of client contracts.
Assist in customizing programs to meet each account's unique needs as required.
Management of patient transportation add-on services such as, but not limited to; patient observation, lift, courier, valet or shuttle, where applicable.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Five+ years supervisory experience in patient transportation or service-related field with high customer/client contact required.
Experience with leading multi-site healthcare locations
Experience with managing profit and loss.
Experience with managing a large team of employees
Experience managing high volume or multi-operations.
Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
Ability to multi-tasks and establish priorities.
Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
