Patient Insights Operations Manager
What You Will Do:Program Delivery
- Coordinate SPFQ implementation across assigned clinical studies.
- Maintain implementation plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and action logs.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for study teams and vendors.
- Monitor vendor deliverables and escalate performance or quality concerns.
- Ensure required documentation is complete, current, and traceable.
Data Review and Insight Support
- Coordinate data collection, aggregation, and routine reporting.
- Conduct descriptive analysis and trend review using established methods and templates.
- Summarize participant feedback and identify recurring themes, potential burden signals, and operational risks.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for PCDE and study-team review.
- Partner with analytical or technical experts when advanced statistical analysis is required.
Action Tracking and Governance Support
- Apply established thresholds and escalation pathways.
- Document recommendations, decisions, owners, and follow-up actions.
- Track whether agreed actions are implemented and summarize resulting outcomes.
- Escalate significant participant-experience or trial-execution signals to the PCDE lead.
Process and quality support
- Support development and maintenance of work instructions, templates, process maps, and
- training materials.
- Recommend process improvements based on implementation experience.
- Follow applicable GCP, privacy, data-integrity, and internal quality requirements.
- Maintain inspection-ready operational documentation and support audits or inspections as requested.
Performance Monitoring
- Track established metrics such as response rates, completion rates, timeliness, recurring themes, and action closure.
- Support periodic program reviews and continuous-improvement discussions.
- Provide operational data to support assessment of SPFQ value and scalability.
Patient Centered Development & Experience
- Support the lead of Patient Centered Development & Experience as requested
Your Profile:- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, clinical operations, patient engagement, project management, or related work.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional activities and external vendors.
- Experience reviewing survey, participant-feedback, patient-reported, or operational data preferred.
- Ability to perform descriptive analysis and identify trends; advanced statistical or data-science expertise is beneficial but not required.
- Proficiency with Excel, data visualization, and presentation tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau is helpful but not essential.
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP, privacy, documentation, and data-integrity principles.
- Strong organization, communication, issue management, and follow-through.
- Highly self-directed and proactive, with the ability to work independently, exercise sound
- judgment, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables forward with appropriate autonomy
