Full Job Description
Salary: 90,000 - 95,000 / year based on experience

Other Forms of Compensation: Flexible Paid Time Off, Benefits, 401K, Training

Job Summary

The Patient Services Director leads Patient Food and Nutrition Services operations across the health system, driving service excellence, patient satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and team development. This role partners with clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient dining experiences and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support patient services programs across multiple locations.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Monitor operational performance, service quality, and team productivity.
  • Promote patient satisfaction through patient rounding and service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, clinical teams, and leadership to enhance the patient experience.
  • Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Leadership experience in healthcare, hospitality, food service, or a related environment.
