Job DescriptionJefferson Health Northeast is seeking an AP/CP board certified Pathologist to support its growing practice at the Jefferson Northeast Hospitals including Jefferson Torresdale, Jefferson Frankford and Jefferson Bucks. Our Oncology, breast and GI services particularly anticipate future expansion. Current annual volume is approximately 9,000 surgical specimens. Pathologists are expected to participate in inter-departmental conferences. No autopsies and no Pap smears.
Applicants must hold an MD or DO degree and be eligible for an unrestricted Pennsylvania license. The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of surgical pathology skills. Experience in breast or GI preferred. The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with the departmental and clinical teams for the care of our patients.
