Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 to $133,000USD Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You DriveThis position will lead cross-functional initiatives supporting our
Aftermarket Future Fulfillment Strategy, transforming how we deliver parts to better meet the evolving needs of our dealers and customers.
The primary near-term focus will be to
develop and implement a transportation strategy to optimize our Direct Ship channel, improving its cost competitiveness, consistency, reliability, and scalability. This work will create the foundation for our longer-term
Direct Fulfillment strategy, expanding how we leverage supplier and network capabilities to deliver parts more efficiently and effectively to our dealers and customers.
The role will bring together internal teams, suppliers, transportation partners, and dealers to
assess current performance, identify opportunities, develop future-state solutions, and drive implementation.
- Develop and implement the Direct Ship transportation strategy, balancing cost competitiveness, delivery performance, reliability, and dealer experience.
- Analyze transportation networks and cost drivers to identify opportunities across freight rates, carriers, modes, consolidation, supplier shipping practices, and network design.
- Develop fact-based business cases that quantify total landed cost improvements, service benefits, investment requirements, and tradeoffs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Transportation/Logistics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, suppliers, and dealers.
- Establish KPIs to measure transportation cost, delivery reliability, transit performance, and overall Direct Ship performance.
- Translate complex supply chain challenges and data into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.
- Lead strategic Future Fulfillment and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation, delivering against defined targets, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Build alignment with stakeholders and effectively communicate recommendations and progress to leadership.
Knowledge You Should Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, freight, supply chain, or distribution networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate cost and service tradeoffs.
- Experience developing business cases and translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with external partners, suppliers, carriers, customers, and/or logistics providers.
- Strong communication and influencing skills across operational and leadership audiences.
- Ability to successfully lead change and deliver results in complex, cross-functional environments.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience developing or optimizing transportation networks, freight strategies, carrier strategies, or transportation sourcing models.
- Knowledge of transportation cost drivers, freight rate structures, mode optimization, consolidation, and carrier performance.
- Experience with Direct Ship, drop-ship, decentralized fulfillment, or supplier-to-customer transportation networks.
- Experience evaluating total landed cost or cost-to-serve across alternative fulfillment models.
- Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive measurable performance improvements.
