WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Lead all parts department operations - managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support service department performance
• Drive parts department profitability - owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control
• Develop and hold accountable a parts team - building capability, accuracy, and a culture of consistent execution at the counter and in the warehouse
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective action proactively when results drift from target
• Manage manufacturer and vendor relationships - ensuring parts availability, warranty compliance, and program participation are optimized
• Partner closely with service management to align parts supply with service demand - minimizing delays and keeping technicians productive
• Maintain inventory accuracy through disciplined receiving, cycle counts, and bin organization standards
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer parts programs, warranty processes, and return procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong command of parts department financials - fill rate, gross profit, inventory turn, and obsolescence management
• Luxury or import brand experience preferred - OEM parts system familiarity a strong plus
