Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of parts inventory experience in a dealership setting.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary.
• Provision of a driver's abstract is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OHSA regulations and internal safety policies.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise all employees in the parts department.
• Enhance customer service levels, striving for high customer satisfaction.
• Schedule work hours for optimal operation of the service department.
• Maintain inventory counts and records for all parts in stock.
• Develop training programs to uphold employee proficiency.
• Foster relationships with vendors and suppliers to bolster operations.
