We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead, Parts Execution International, to join the Parts Service America team. In this key role, you will lead a dedicated team of 5, manage high-priority international customer accounts, and directly drive operational excellence across core business metrics. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in one or more areas-such as Steam Turbines, International Operations, Manufacturing Production, Planning, Outage Planning, or Project Management-combined with proven leadership and cross-functional influence capabilities.

Salary - $75,000 - $120,000

How You'll Make an Impact
• Lead & Drive Performance: Empower and guide the international execution team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery (OTD), revenue targets, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) satisfaction metrics.
• Global Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across international regions, manufacturing facilities, and global customer accounts.
• Escalation Management: Serve as a primary escalation point during order execution, ensuring rapid problem resolution and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Foster employee growth and career progression by providing active coaching, professional development opportunities, and continuous feedback.

What You Bring
• Education & Experience: 4-year degree from an accredited institution OR 4+ years of hands-on experience in a customer service, logistics, or operations business environment.
• Industry Expertise: Background in Steam Turbines, Energy, International Operations, or Heavy Manufacturing is highly beneficial.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience working with MRP/ERP systems (SAP System experience strongly preferred). Proficient across Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead complex operational teams and influence diverse cross-functional partners without direct line management authority.
• Process & Data Orientation: Data-driven mindset with a passion for adopting tech-forward tools and processes. Structured and methodical approach to managing multiple moving dates and target deliverables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success collaborating across diverse departments, geographies, and cultures.
• Travel & Global Readiness: Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid passport and required international visas.
