Responsibilities- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
- Provide accurate parts lookups and recommendations
- Supply parts to technicians in a timely manner
- Process special orders and backorders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Communicate effectively with advisors and technicians
- Support wholesale parts growth initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service
