Schedule- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

What You'll DoAs a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department, helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles while creating an exceptional ownership experience.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and perform detailed vehicle walk-arounds using a tablet
- Review service history, recalls, campaigns, and previously declined recommendations
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Prepare repair orders and estimates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
What We're Looking For- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Strong sales and customer service abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
