Full Job Description
We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Partnerships Program Manager to own the day-to-day management, health, and growth of Harri's key payroll and HCM technology partnerships. You'll be the bridge between Harri's technical integration and product/engineering teams, our partners' technical and partnership teams, and our go-to-market organization making sure opportunities and risks are identified and actioned, joint go-to-market motions are executed, and escalations get resolved before they become customer-facing problems.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Partnerships Program Manager, you will own the day-to-day management, health, and growth of Harri's key payroll and HCM technology partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own partner relationship management for Harri's payroll/HCM integration partners serving as Harri's primary day-to-day point of contact.
Manage integration health: track API/data integration status, monitor for breaking changes on the partner side, and coordinate with Harri engineering to resolve integration issues before they impact mutual customers.
Run partner governance cadence: schedule and lead regular business reviews (QBRs), maintain shared roadmaps, and track joint commitments to completion.
Coordinate joint go-to-market activity: work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to activate co-marketing, referral programs, and joint sales motions with partners.
Manage escalations: act as the internal quarterback when a partner-related issue affects a customer (e.g., payroll sync failures, data mapping errors, onboarding delays), coordinating cross-functional resolution.
Maintain partnership documentation: keep partnership agreements, integration specs, contact matrices, and program status current and accessible to internal stakeholders.
Track and report on partnership performance: build and maintain dashboards/reporting on integration volume, partner-sourced pipeline, referral activity, and partner satisfaction.
Support contract and commercial administration: work with Legal and Finance on partnership agreement renewals, amendments, and compliance requirements specific to each partner relationship.
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities within the payroll/HCM ecosystem as Harri's footprint expands.

Clear, structured communicator - able to synthesize partner status into concise updates for executive stakeholders.
Comfortable operating with a fair amount of autonomy in a lean, fast-moving team; this role has real ownership from day one.
