About the Role The campaign is seeking a full-time Partnerships Manager to build relationships and coordinate engagements with a diverse network of high-impact cultural figures who support our movement.
Responsibilities - Recruit and maintain relationships with a broad range of high-profile cultural figures who believe in our movement and want to support the campaign - serving as the primary point of contact for talent representatives, principal aides, and managers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar to maximize key moments through Election Day - executing on proposals that allow partners to engage in unique ways that are tailored to their interests and align with the campaign's message.
- Monitor outreach from high-profile individuals to the campaign inbox, the candidate's social media platforms, and other mediums to ensure prompt response and engagement.
- Maintain organized records and tracking documents for outreach, partnership ideas, agreed-upon commitments, and finalized deliverables.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in political campaigns, talent relations, or a related field.
- Experience working with high-profile individuals - including by developing memos, storyboards, and messaging guidance for their engagements.
- Demonstrated strength in communications and an ability to identify relevant voices for tailored content opportunities around key moments.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.
Preferred Qualifications- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
