About the team and the role:The Partnerships Manager at Goldin will play a key role in supporting and delivering Goldin's rapidly growing partnerships business spanning athletics, entertainment, brands, leagues, teams, athletes, agencies, memorabilia, experiences, and global collectibles initiatives.
This is a highly cross-functional, high-reaching role created for individuals thriving while wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is an operator who builds strong connections and can move seamlessly between business development, project management, account coordination, event execution, research, presentation development, partnership activation, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Reporting directly to the leader of the Partnerships division, this individual will serve as a strategic utility player. They will help drive partnership growth initiatives from pitch stage through execution. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
What you will accomplish:Support partnership development and execution:- Assist in identifying, researching, and developing new partnership opportunities across sports, entertainment, media, brands, teams, leagues, federations, athletes, agencies, and collectors
- Help build outreach materials, presentations, proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers, and partnership recaps
- Coordinate follow-ups, scheduling, meeting preparation, and relationship management across active partnership discussions
- Track partnership pipelines, opportunities, timelines, and deliverables across CRM and internal systems
- Conduct market, sponsorship, and competitive research to support central initiatives and negotiations
- Assist in preparing revenue projections, auction estimates, activation concepts, and business models for prospective partners
Drive cross-functional coordination:- Partner across Consignment, Marketing, Content, Live, Operations, Legal, Cataloging, Authentication, Finance, and Customer Support to support partnership execution
- Coordinate internal approvals, project timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness for partnership initiatives
- Ensure strong communication and follow-through across all team members and workstreams
- Help maintain organized documentation, reporting, contracts, meeting notes, and action items
Support partnership activations and events:- Assist in planning and delivering live events, trade shows, athlete appearances, auction launches, experiential activations, and VIP hospitality initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, travel support, shipping, and onsite operational needs when required
- Support partner communications before, during, and after activations to ensure a high-touch experience
- Help manage social, marketing, and PR coordination tied to partnership campaigns
Assist with business operations and critical initiatives:- Build reports, trackers, summaries, and presentations for leadership
- Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, and partnership reporting
- Support ad hoc strategic projects and new business initiatives led by the Head of Partnerships and executive team
- Help identify process improvements and operational efficiencies as the partnerships business scales
What you will bring:- 4+ years in sports partnerships, marketing, sales, management experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal presence
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through
- Comfort interacting with executives, athletes, agents, teams, brands, collectors, and high-profile partners
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to jump into a variety of responsibilities
- Strong presentation and research capabilities; ability to synthesize information clearly and professionally
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and presentation-building tools
- Familiarity with sports, collectibles, memorabilia, auctions, partnerships, sponsorships, or entertainment industries is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting partnerships, business development, account management, talent relations, marketing, events, or operations functions is a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel periodically for events, meetings, trade shows, and activations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed

Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$71,600 - $123,400
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
