Full Job Description
The Role

We're hiring for someone to build Tempo's real-world asset and stablecoin capital markets strategy. In this role, you will source attractive yield opportunities and bring them onchain, structure new financial products with appropriate risk protection and liquidity, and develop durable institutional onchain borrow demand.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive Tempo's commercial partnership strategy across onchain capital markets and real-world assets.
  • Build and own relationships with asset originators, asset managers, banks, lenders, insurers, broker-dealers, institutional borrowers, and other capital markets participants.
  • Source and evaluate traditional financial assets and yield opportunities that can be brought onchain.
  • Structure financial products and partnerships that incorporate insurance, guarantees, credit enhancement, reserves, or other risk-transfer mechanisms where appropriate.
  • Develop liquidity strategies across issuance, redemption, duration and cash-flow matching, secondary liquidity, and periods of market stress.
  • Build relationships with institutional borrowers and source durable institutional onchain borrow demand
  • Serve as a consultative, technical design partner to discover and guide product integration with customers.
  • Act as the voice of partners internally, shaping GTM priorities and feedback loops.
  • Help develop scalable playbooks for onboarding, product launches, and partner success.
  • Represent Tempo externally at conferences, industry forums, and ecosystem events.


Qualifications
  • Deep experience in capital markets, structured credit, private credit, fixed income, securitization, insurance, or an adjacent financial product role at an investment bank, asset manager, insurer, lender, or other financial institution.
  • Proven track record of structuring and launching new financial products, from opportunity identification and risk analysis through distribution and execution.
  • Strong understanding of financial risk protection, including insurance, guarantees, credit enhancement, collateral, reserves, and other risk-transfer structures.
  • Strong command of liquidity considerations, including asset-liability matching, redemption design, duration, secondary-market liquidity, and stress scenarios.
  • Experience sourcing capital or borrow demand and building relationships with institutional borrowers, lenders, and allocators.
  • Experience bringing traditional financial assets or credit products onchain, or deep experience across blockchain and adjacent fintech infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and scaling partnerships with enterprises and high-growth startups.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizations and aligning stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Excellent judgment in sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
  • Comfort working closely with legal, compliance, risk, finance, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experience with B2B or developer-adjacent products, such as APIs, dashboards, or partner platforms.
