Your role
Do you enjoy building strategic partnerships, shaping third-party collaboration models, and supporting programs that improve advisor prospecting and client acquisition? Are you energized by shaping execution and working with external firms and internal stakeholders to turn partnership opportunities into business growth?
We're looking for someone like that who can:
• Support the development and coordination of partnership initiatives with external organizations, including firms across fintech, hedge funds, AI, professional services and other high-value prospecting ecosystems
• Help design and coordinate end-to-end partnership models that support prospect identification, intake, qualification, routing, advisor engagement, and conversion into client relationships
• Assist in evaluating, managing, and maintaining strategic external partnerships through outreach, analysis, materials preparation, and structured relationship support
• Proactively identify, track, and maintain prioritized pipeline of potential partnership opportunities, including initial research and ongoing monitoring
• Prepare insights, summaries, and analytical materials to support strategy development, business cases, and partnership evaluations
• Collaborate with internal partners across GWM to drive coordinated execution and expand the broader prospecting ecosystem and work with key stakeholders to support the creation of repeatable playbooks for new partnership launches, including prospect experience design, communication flows, operational requirements, and success tracking.
Your team
Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office supporting the Head of Channels Development. You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders to advance the execution of initiatives that enhance client acquisition effectiveness and support the expansion of strategic external partnerships.
Your expertise
• ideally 4-7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, partnerships, business development, or corporate development
• Experience supporting externally facing initiatives or components of partnership, vendor, or prospecting programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to structure workstreams and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves
• Excellent communication and relationship building capabilities, with comfort engaging both internal stakeholders and external partners
• You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - New Jersey - Weehawken min USD 105000 - max USD 130000 /annum
