Full Job Description
Partnerships Solutions Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead the development of tailored partnership narratives for target sectors and priority brands, translating audience insights, market intelligence, and brand positioning into compelling proposals that clearly articulate the strategic rationale behind each partnership.
  • Create visually compelling, commercially persuasive pitch materials (decks, proposals, and business cases) that align partner objectives with SailGP assets, activation concepts, and measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Sales, Insights & Research, Design, and Presentation Development teams to shape bespoke campaigns and activation frameworks, ensuring every pitch is both strategically robust and creatively distinctive.
  • Support the design of custom sponsorship opportunities by developing innovative concepts that engage potential brand partners, deliver meaningful audience value, and drive revenue growth for SailGP.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing collateral that positions business unit assets (including global races, broadcast, and event activations), enhancing client relevance and reinforcing SailGP's competitive differentiation using third-party data sources.
  • Develop impactful case studies that showcase the success of SailGP partnership activations and end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate across multiple cross-functional teams to respond to commercial briefs and partnership requests.
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the Head of Commercial Operations.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, interns, or coordinators as applicable.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years marketing or partnerships experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leaders
  • Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, improve processes, and take ownership of tasks
  • Proficiency in presentation software (e.g. Keynote) with strong attention to visual detail
  • Detail-focused and highly organized, capable of managing several tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Location:

SailGP HQ in New York/ London. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Office.
