You're comfortable talking about leads, pipeline and revenue, but you never lose sight of the human side of partnerships. Day-to-day, you will:
• Build and manage strong relationships with referral and integration partners, owning each relationship from activation through to ongoing growth.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product and integrations teams to turn partnerships into a reliable source of high-quality leads and opportunities.
• Support joint go-to-market activity, including partner enablement, co-marketing, events and new integration launches.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner questions and escalations, making sure issues are resolved clearly and quickly.

Required experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, channel sales, or B2B sales.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a natural ability to earn trust and credibility.
• Revenue-minded and comfortable talking about leads, pipeline, and revenue impact.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Self-starter with strong autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple partners and workstreams simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and events.

Nice to Have experience:
• Experience in restaurant tech, payments, POS, SaaS, or hospitality technology
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or partner ecosystems
• Experience supporting GTM launches or partner programs
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Compensation: $80k - $95k base salary + $30k variable
