The Opportunity:
This is a strong opening for a seasoned Attorney to join this partnership in a practice area of your choosing. We're looking for someone with a solid book of business who's excited about building something, not just billing hours. What You'll Do:
- Bring and manage your own clients, handling legal matters in your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with other partners and teams to share work and develop new opportunities.
- Help guide the direction of the firm through leadership, mentorship, and shared vision.
- Stay engaged with clients, providing practical, business-minded legal advice.
What We're Looking For:
- A J.D. and active license to practice law in State.
- At least 8 years of legal experience.
- A portable book of business (typically $500k+ annually).
- A strong reputation in your field and a track record of delivering excellent service.
- A collaborative mindset, someone who contributes to a healthy, team-oriented culture.
