Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of the organizationPlan the programs from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processesDevelop or approve budgets and operationsDevise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvementsSupervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problemsDiscover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and peopleApply change, risk and resource management principles when neededRead reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issuesEnsure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policiesKeep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $210,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
