Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Insurity's Next Partner Success Manager We are looking for our next Partner Success Manager to help us manage our growing ecosystem of System Integrator and Technology Partners. You will be a critical cog in the gears that drive mutual revenue growth for both Insurity and your assigned ecosystem Partners. What Our Partner Success Manager Will Do The Partner Success Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Insurity Partner Program (IPP), launched in January 2026, and their assigned Partners. This role oversees onboarding and ongoing management of Partners, supports Partner operational requirements across their lifecycle, and helps design and execute/drive Partner-led GTM efforts to build qualified joint pipeline and drive incremental revenue for Insurity and our Partners. The Partner Success Manager also collaborates with Program leadership to design, implement, and refine AI automation processes that improve operational efficiency, velocity, and throughput. Responsibilities will include the following for your assigned/named Partners: Relationship Management • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned Partners throughout their lifecycle. • Manage inbound Partner requests from initial engagement through exit, as needed. • Perform due diligence on new Partner signup requests, present the Program, support joint GTM business plans, onboard partners and their resources into our systems, and help execute agreed tactical initiatives. • Proactively communicate resources, training, product materials, marketing assets, Portal guidance, and QBR/EBR coordination needed for Partner success. • Support Partner renewal processes and help execute structured Partner exit processes when required. • Manage Partner communications such as newsletters and event invitations in partnership with Partner Marketing and Product. • Manage Partner sponsorships of Insurity events and drive Partner Day attendance/sponsorship package sales with assigned Partners. Participate at Partner Day as deemed appropriate by Management. Program Operations & Delivery • Orchestrate Partner onboarding by creating Partner and contact records in SFDC PRM, assigning training, and ensuring required systems, environments, and tools are in place. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of lead forecasting, deal registration, opportunity tagging, and related SFDC CRM/PRM updates for assigned Partners. • Manage deal registration and assigned Partner sales pipeline processes, including overlap checks against direct sales, existing Partner submissions, and the current Insurity client base. • Manage Partner legal agreement processing and coordinate with the appropriate internal stakeholders. • Own Partner Sales Assist Fee (SAF) / referral fee calculations and payment tracking in partnership with Finance. • Coordinate Program operations that support joint Partner marketing and sales activities, including campaigns, events, Campaign-in-a-Box, and Deal-in-a-Box initiatives. • Lead Partner performance monitoring and reporting for assigned Partners, including annual promotion / relegation reviews within the Partner tiering model. Internal Process • Manage operational interactions within the PRM Partner Portal for assigned Partners, including operational "how do I...?" support. • Create and maintain Program documentation such as Partner agreements, Program guidelines, GTM sales kits, and enablement assets. • Track and analyze operational and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve Program effectiveness. • Develop and implement approved automation and agentic AI-driven process improvements that streamline Partner Program operations. • Drive continuous improvements in the overall Insurity Partner experience and Partner Program operations. • Help design and launch our Operations AI Fleet of agents to automate many partner tasks for improved partner experiences. • Other related duties as assigned Who We're Looking For • 5-7 years of relevant business experience in enterprise SaaS Partner Success Management or a closely related role. • Bachelor's degree in a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered). • Strong understanding of the Insurity Partner Program, Partner lifecycle management, and Partner-led GTM motions. • Working knowledge of Insurity products, SaaS / BaaS positioning, and how Partners generate qualified pipeline and revenue. • Familiarity with Partner scorecards, tiering models, incentive programs, and co-sell / referral processes. • Working knowledge of enterprise software operations; insurance / P&C market familiarity preferred. • Have the ability to perform these skills at an advanced level: • Ability to create concise, audience-relevant, objective-oriented documentation and communications. • Analytical and critical thinking. • Written and oral English communication. • Time management including work planning, prioritization, and organization. • Ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks. • Self-starter and quick learner. • Detail-oriented and process disciplined. • Active listening and cross-functional collaboration. • Expectation management. • Project management. • Process analysis, design, and management. • Data analysis and metric interpretation. • Business acumen and Partner Program acumen. • Technical acumen across SaaS systems and workflows. • Change management. • Coaching, training, and Partner enablement. • Meeting facilitation and professional presentation of information. • Partner advocacy. • Nice to have: complete one or more of the following: • Applicable insurance certification(s). • Salesforce / SFDC PRM-related certification(s). • Partner ecosystem / channel program certification(s). • Advanced experience & knowledge: • SFDC CRM and SFDC PRM. • PRM Partner Portal administration and support workflows. • Lead registration, opportunity management, and pipeline hygiene processes. • Workflow, ticketing, and project management tools. • Reporting, spreadsheet, and dashboard tools. • Document, knowledge-management, and enablement repositories. • Automation and agentic AI tools used to improve Partner operations. • Travel required 0-20% What's In It For U Work Where You Thrive Find the work environment that supports your best-whether that's remote, in-office, or hybrid-depending on your role and location.
