Job Description

About the position:

Continuum seeks an exceptional engagement leader to join the Academic Partnerships team as a Partner Success Lead (PSL). This position is responsible for strategically delivering superior client services to UW campus partners in support of their academic goals. In order to best meet the unique needs of each academic program, PSLs act as partners' primary point of contact at Continuum College and ensure partner needs are met by Continuum’s internal experts.

PSLs partner with 20 Schools and Colleges across the UW tri-campus to support nearly 100 fee-based degree and certificate programs administered through Continuum College.  The individual in this role will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of these programs.

This role also includes oversight of three portfolios: Summer Sessions, Legacy Courses, and Administrative Service Fee courses. The Summer Sessions program at the UW operates somewhat differently from the other three academic quarters at UW. The individual in this role will work with campus partners from across the UW to grow academic participation in Summer Quarter through financial support for online course development and targeted marketing activities for non-matriculated students. Legacy Courses are a small collection of fee-based courses offered directly by Continuum College to support Bachelors degree completion students, while Administrative Service Fee courses are a route for faculty members to offer credit-bearing programs through grants or other philanthropic support.

This position is represented by a new organized union. While the Union/Bargaining Unit field below says “Not Applicable”, this position is represented by SEIU 925 Continuum College.
