Partner Sales Manager to build and lead a partner-driven revenue engine for ISMG's CXO Advisor practice. This role is responsible for generating revenue through strategic partnerships with security vendors, MSSPs, and referral partners.
You will play a foundational role in scaling a high-growth cybersecurity advisory business by developing relationships that directly translate into pipeline and booked revenue. This is a unique opportunity to build a partner ecosystem from the ground up and shape how partnerships drive growth across fractional CISO and CXO advisory services.
What You'll DoPartnership Development & Revenue Generation- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue generation for the CXO Advisor practice
- Establish and grow strategic relationships with security vendors, MSSPs, and referral partners across the cybersecurity ecosystem
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities generated through mutually beneficial partnership models
- Design and implement repeatable partner motions, including referral, co-sell, and subcontracting models
- Co-sell with partners to close high-value advisory and fractional CISO engagements
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to activate partner channels and campaigns
- Deliver a consistent flow of work to the fractional CISO bench, ensuring opportunities align with delivery capacity
- Represent the firm at industry events and within partner ecosystems
What You Bring to the Table- Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships, channel sales, or alliances
- Experience working with cybersecurity vendors, MSSPs, or consulting firms
- Demonstrated success in building and closing partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, advisory, or consulting models
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build from zero
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and deal execution skills
- Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-accountable role
Preferred Experience: - Background in channel sales, alliances, or partner sales at a cybersecurity vendor or services firm
- Experience structuring referral, co-sell, or subcontracting agreements
- Existing network across security vendors and MSSPs
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
