You will act as a change agent, driving joint revenue opportunities and scalable programs while leveraging modern AI-driven workflows to optimize ecosystem growth. This role requires an ownership mentality and a commitment to data-driven decision-making to ensure our partner strategies consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.
In this high-visibility position, you will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. We are looking for an adaptable leader who thrives on innovation, embraces cross-functional collaboration to "Win Together," and consistently executes with the urgency and accountability required to drive long-term customer retention and new business acquisition.
YOUR DAY TO DAY- Define and execute a high-impact partner strategy by collaborating across Sales and leadership, using data-driven insights to align with Tealium's growth objectives.
- Identify, structure, and scale strategic partnerships, leveraging modern tools to unlock joint value and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate field-level activation and pipeline growth, ensuring clear accountability for measurable outcomes.
- Serve as a partner evangelist by communicating transparently across teams, ensuring internal sales stakeholders understand and collaborate around shared value creation.
- Create and manage scalable enablement plans that empower partners to differentiate Tealium's platform and drive successful, privacy-first customer outcomes.
- Proactively manage partner-generated pipeline with rigorous forecast accuracy, demonstrating self-reliance and responsiveness in achieving regional goals.
- Work closely with Partner Marketing to build integrated campaigns and collateral, innovating continuously to accelerate awareness and revenue through the ecosystem.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM- 8+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or a related commercial role within enterprise SaaS; experience in MarTech, AdTech, customer data, or a related technology space strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and growing strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners, agencies, consultancies, system integrators, or other strategic partners.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, build compelling joint value propositions, and translate partner relationships into business outcomes.
- A data-driven approach to partner management, including experience establishing KPIs, measuring partner performance, forecasting pipeline, and using insights to prioritize resources.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage AI and modern, data-centric tools to solve complex problems and drive independent execution.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of "Winning Together" by building trust and aligning diverse perspectives across Sales, Legal, and Executive teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, focused on "Communicating Transparently" to inspire stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment that values diverse backgrounds.

WAGE TRANSPARENCY
In many U.S. states, employers are required to include a pay range for posted positions. Although this isn't a requirement in every state, communicating transparently is a cornerstone of our operations at Tealium, and we believe in making this information available to all applicants.
The U.S. pay range for this full-time position is listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for a robust benefits package that includes the following:
- Employees are eligible to receive an annual bonus and stock options.
- Employees and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Employees have the option to enroll in our 401k plan and are eligible to receive contributions for company matching.
- Employees are eligible for flexible paid time-off and extended paid parental leave.
- We offer 11 paid holidays annually
- We offer 15 hours of paid work time for volunteer activities and programs.
- Our sick leave accrual is the following for our employees:
- Exempt CA employees (not including San Francisco) including NY : accrue 40 hours each year. Unused sick leave carries over into the next year. Employees cannot exceed 80 hours in a given year.
- Exempt Non - CA employees (not including NY) including SF: Accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Cannot exceed 180 hours in the calendar year.
- Non-Exempt: accrue 1 hour every 30 hours worked. Unused carries over to the next year. Not to exceed 108 hours in a calendar year.

Compensation Range- $160,000 - $175,000 base + Variable Compensation Opportunity
