Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience across cloud technologies, technical learning, or partner enablement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Google Cloud or equivalent industry cloud technical certification (Associate level or higher).
  • Experience building or managing role-based enablement paths for Global System Integrators (GSIs), Regional System Integrators (RSIs), and Independent Sales Vendors (ISVs).
  • Experience conceptualizing and designing, lab-based technical learning experiences in collaboration with engineering and solutions architects.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and enterprise AI/ML architectures.


About the job
As the Partner Learning Portfolio Lead, you will own and drive the partner learning strategy and curriculum roadmap across key Google Cloud solution domains. You will analyze skilling needs, business priorities, product roadmaps, and emerging technologies to prioritize and architect high-impact learning programs for our global partner network.

In this role, you will collaborate with technical and sales subject matter experts, Product Management, Product Engineering, Internal Enablement, Partner Ecosystem, Learning Portfolio, and Curriculum Development teams to design end-to-end learning paths for partner sellers, pre-sales architects, and delivery consultants. You will translate various partner needs, complex product skilling requirements, and robust internal enablement programs into streamlined, partner-ready learning assets, owning the portfolio across strategic priorities including Gemini Enterprise, Agentic Workplace, Data and AI, and Cloud Security.

Your goal is to upskill partners to the same high standards as Googlers while simplifying and streamlining their learning experience.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end partner learning portfolio, defining curriculum roadmaps, and architecting the partner curriculum strategy across solutions and practices areas including AI, Data Cloud, and Security.
  • Perform learner needs analysis, define partner practitioner personas, scope and prioritize projects based on ecosystem demand and business impact.
  • Translate complex technical architectures into digestible, role-based learning solutions for both pre-sales and post-sales delivery roles.
  • Partner with Product Management, Product Engineering, GTM, Internal Enablement, Partner Ecosystem leads, and Curriculum Development teams for roadmap influence, scope alignment, and release timelines.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms and evaluation metrics to monitor portfolio effectiveness, partner adoption, deprecation strategy, and skill mastery.
