What is the role?

Roku is looking for a Partner Growth Manager to drive the growth and holistic success of a portfolio of streaming partners, with a core focus on Premium Subscription (PS) partners and additional ownership of select direct-to-consumer (D2C) partners distributing on the Roku platform. In this role, you will manage the entire partner lifecycle - from distribution deals and service launches to new market and product expansions, pricing changes, adoption of platform initiatives, and promotional campaigns that drive mutual value for both the partner and Roku. Success requires exceptional relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and align both internal teams and external partners around shared goals. You will leverage data and analytics to assess partner health, uncover optimization opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and energized by building in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This person thrives in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and brings clarity and momentum to complex initiatives across different distribution and monetization models.

For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $159,500 - $169,400.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
