Position Summary:

The Partner Engagement Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across Enterprise Payments and Operations groups. This leadership role focuses on enhancing customer and partner experiences, driving adoption of digital solutions, and aligning engagement efforts with business objectives. The Partner Engagement Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact through innovation, process optimization, and stakeholder enablement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to promote auto lending products and digital payment solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between partners and internal teams (product, sales, marketing, legal, operations)
  • Analyze engagement data and performance metrics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Support the rollout of new features, tools, and services within auto lending and payment platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of engagement efforts with compliance, regulatory, and risk management standards.
  • Support contract execution, renewals, and compliance in coordination with legal and procurement

Qualifications and Competencies Required.

Required Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3+ years in auto lending or digital payments.
  • Proven leadership experience in customer engagement, product enablement, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in technology, innovation, SaaS, or platform-based ecosystems

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills Required:
  • Skilled in managing internal and external relationships, including executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to support and guide external partners through onboarding and engagement processes.
  • Understanding of digital payment infrastructure and integration.
  • Treating others with professionalism and respect, demonstrates integrity in all interactions, and adheres to organizational policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in lending and payments.
  • Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative development.
  • Overtime required - required on an as needed basis.
  • Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
  • Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX

Qualifications Preferred:

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
