Description

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly motivated, programmatic builder and strategic executionist to join our rapidly growing team as Partner Development & Growth Manager based in our New York office (Hybrid). Reporting directly to the VP of Partnerships, this role is designed for an operational ecosystem manager who thrives on turning strategic vision into scalable, repeatable programs that aggressively expand our top-of-funnel partner-sourced pipeline. The ideal candidate is an out-of-the-box thinker who can design the internal infrastructure, certification playbooks, and engagement models that empower consulting, advisory, implementation, and emerging tech partners to source new opportunities and grow alongside Hyro. If you are deeply operational, love building from scratch, and want to own the framework for a thriving healthcare AI ecosystem, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale a defined portfolio of consulting, advisory, implementation, and emerging technology partners to accelerate top-of-funnel growth and drive partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Design, launch, and manage a world-class Hyro Certified Consultant program from the ground up, providing onboarding, scalable training frameworks, and continuous product enablement.
  • Build, optimize, and manage the internal scaffolding - including referral workflows, automated deal registration, and ecosystem performance dashboards via Salesforce.
  • Devise creative, out-of-the-box engagement models, community initiatives (like office hours and workshops), and incentive structures that increase active partner participation and top-of-funnel lead generation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional account mapping initiatives and cultivate clean introduction tracks between ecosystem participants and Hyro's internal teams.
  • Partner tightly with Marketing and Product to design field materials, training assets, and pitch toolkits that simplify complex AI solutions for external partners.
  • Continuously measure, track, and report on key top-of-funnel pipeline metrics, identifying friction points in the ecosystem funnel and deploying operational changes to maximize partner adoption.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in growth operations, ecosystem management, partner programs, business development, or a related programmatic field.
  • A clear "builder mentality" with a track record of creating, launching, and executing repeatable business programs, playbooks, or enablement structures from scratch.
  • Deep focus on pipeline health, with a proven ability to architect programs that successfully stimulate and capture top-of-funnel, partner-sourced demand.
  • Exceptionally strong operational and data literacy; proficient with Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage pipeline health, handle campaign reporting, and derive strategic insight.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box problem-solving skills with a history of implementing unique ideas to drive program adoption and user engagement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills; ability to orchestrate complex initiatives across multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the agility to run fast and navigate ambiguity in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI spaces is highly preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is 120K-160K OTE annually, exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
