Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in partner operations, business operations, program management, or commercial governance within a hyperscale technology environment.
- Experience managing partner programs, deal execution, or incentive-payout operations (e.g., PSF, DAF, MDF, RaMP).
Preferred qualifications: - MBA, Master's degree, or other advanced business or technical degree.

Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end workflows for custom partner deals and streamline onboarding to reduce friction. Standardize execution playbooks to transform bespoke commercial agreements into replicable frameworks.
- Govern payout logistics for high-value rewards, rebates, and investments with Finance and Tax. Adjudicate escalations, exceptions, and billing modifications for strategic accounts.
- Deploy Agentic AI and automation to streamline contract validation and reduce overhead. Advocate for platform improvements with Engineering to scale core system capabilities.
- Enforce compliance guardrails for policy, FMV, and anti-fraud standards globally. Mitigate financial risks and ensure strict audit-readiness under SOX standards.
- Track performance telemetry, deal consumption, and ROI across pipeline metrics. Align senior cross-functional leaders and present executive briefs on operational status.
