Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build supportive relationships with clients and their families.
• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Support Plans (BSP) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans for clients.
• Provide positive behavioral supports and interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate and adjust treatment plans effectively.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide supervision in line with BACB standards to maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with program staff and engage as an active member of the clinical team.
