The Utz Quality Foods Legal team is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our team primarily with litigation, but also with contracts, research, document management, and compliance work. What You'll Do- Support litigation matters, including document collection, review, discovery, production, and tracking.
- Draft, review, revise, and organize contracts, agreements, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and accurately.
- Maintain legal files, records, databases, and contract tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information, approvals, and documentation.
- Assist with compliance programs, policies, procedures, and related documentation.
- Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
What You'll BringQualifications- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Paralegal certification required.
- 2-3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or related environment; litigation or CPG experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, research, and document management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and confidential information with sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning legal or business systems.
- Collaborative, service-minded approach with the flexibility to thrive in a changing environment.
