Overview
Base Salary: $102,002- $121,268. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid Role - 3 Days In Office)

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Support attorneys in responding to Federal and State court and agency requests and requirements as it pertains to proceedings, subpoenas, and garnishments.
- Maintain all processes necessary to track litigation matters and provide reporting to Management and Legal team.
- Manage databases and legal documentation related to litigation.
- Maintain accurate corporate records (including up-to-date officers and directors' lists) and reporting to registered agent for state tax filings.
- Keep track of and maintain all minutes of executive/management committee meetings and associated documentation
- Calendar expiration dates of Legal's publication and subscription agreements with the department's vendors and serve as the point of contact
- Support legal matters related to the operation of the Company and its affiliates.
- Collaborate with broader Legal, Regulatory and Government Affairs team to share and develop best practices.
Qualifications
Key qualifications include:- Must have 5-7+ years of paralegal experience, primarily in-house.
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred.
- Paralegal certification a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with superior attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Ability to multitask and assess priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of skill regarding paralegal activities and an understanding of their importance in a legal department.
- Solid drafting skills.
- High level of technology experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Legal Tracker and SAP is a plus.
- Experience managing through change and simplifying complex processes.
- Willingness to tackle new projects as the need arises.
