Full Job Description
Recorded Future is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal team. This newly created role is an immediate need designed to support the Legal Department as the company navigates a period of significant corporate integration activity, and expanded cross-functional legal demands. You will own and drive these essential corporate governance functions, serving as a go-to resource for teams across the organization who depend on Legal to move quickly and accurately. * Please note that this role requires working from the Recorded Future office in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update subsidiary records, corporate books, and entity management databases
  • Assist with miscellaneous corporate governance and compliance activities
  • Handle document management, routine corporate filings, and related administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and process insurance-related documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams-including Finance, Tax, Sales, HR, Payroll, and Benefits-with corporate legal requests
  • Provide general departmental support to ensure timely, high-quality legal services across the organization

  • Active Notary Public commission (strongly preferred, as the role frequently involves notarizing corporate documents)
The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000-$117,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The salary displayed reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by state, work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.
