An established commercial real estate organization is seeking a
Paralegal to support its Legal Department, working closely with corporate and transactional attorneys. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance matters, and entity management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:- Support commercial real estate transactions from initial documentation through closing and post-closing
- Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts, exhibits, schedules, estoppels, and non-disclosure agreements
- Coordinate with outside counsel and third parties to manage requests and legal workflows
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including resolutions, regulatory filings, and board-related materials
- Manage entity administration, including formations, annual filings, and maintenance of corporate records
- Maintain and organize legal documents, transaction files, title materials, and post-closing documentation
Requirements: - Paralegal certificate required; Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Prior experience supporting commercial real estate and/or corporate legal matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common legal document management and e-signature platforms
Compensation: $140,000 - $175,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
