Salary Range $98,000 - $133,000*
Job Description:

YOU WILL BE:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support. The role plays a critical part in supporting a broad range of in-house legal functions, including commercial and real estate agreements, regulatory matters and employment litigations. The position serves as a key liaison between the Legal team and business stakeholders to keep the Company moving safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Support the Legal team across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters, through document gathering, reviewing legal documents, and litigation support
  • Maintain the Legal team's case trackers and ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production
  • Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints (including Attorneys General) and assist with small claims matters, including attending hearings remotely
  • Handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence and document editing
  • Review and action on services of process
  • Support other various legal tasks as assigned
