Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury or workers' compensation paralegal
• Knowledge of case management systems, PL law, and medical record processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage a high caseload with accuracy and care
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
