QualificationsRequired Experience• Professional Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as an immigration paralegal in a private law firm setting.
• System Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with USCIS filing procedures and electronic EOIR/ECAS court systems.
• Case History: Documented history of processing family petitions, adjustments, and court-bound asylum applications.
Skills & Attributes• Work Style: Sharp attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another high-demand language in the Miami market) is highly preferred.
• Software: Experience with immigration case management platforms (e.g., Clio, Docketwise, Cerenade)
