Position Summary

We are a premier private immigration law firm based in Miami, Florida, seeking an experienced, full-time Immigration Paralegal to join our team on-site. This role focuses on a robust caseload of family-based immigration, naturalization, residency applications, and removal defense/asylum cases. You will handle both affirmative agency filings and defensive court proceedings, ensuring high-quality legal support for clients. Hands-on experience navigating USCIS, EOIR, and ECAS is required.
