Role Overview:This role focuses on network security, specifically managing Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs). The administrator will be responsible for the full lifecycle of these firewalls, ensuring robust security configurations and optimal performance within the network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure, deploy, and manage Palo Alto NGFWs.
- Create and maintain security policies, NAT rules, QoS policies, and routing configurations.
- Monitor firewall performance and optimize security configurations.
- Manage hardware and software upgrades for network security systems.
Required Skills:- Expertise in Network Security principles.
- Proficiency with Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFWs).
- Experience in creating and maintaining security policies, NAT rules, QoS policies, and routing configurations.
- Ability to monitor and optimize firewall performance.
- Experience with hardware and software upgrades for security systems.
Qualifications:- 10+ Years of experience in network security or system administration roles with a focus on firewalls.
