FD Echo - Prevents Atrophy: Scalability, Sustainability & Adoption
Role Summary

FD Echo ensures that production solutions continue delivering value after deployment. This role focuses on sustainability, reliability, lifecycle management, and driving the adoption of deployed capabilities.

Travel expectation is typically 10-30%.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assume ownership of deployed solutions and maintain operational performance.
  • Develop lifecycle management plans, including versioning and release management.
  • Monitor system health using Foundry and AIP observability tools.
  • Drive user adoption and provide training and documentation.
  • Support recurring value realization measurement cycles.
