Full Job Description
Deloitte is seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Palantir Developer to support discovery and integration of disparate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) data sources, primarily within the client's Palantir Vantage platform, to support mission-critical operations and data-driven decision making.

Work you'll do

As a Palantir Engineer - Data Engineer II on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
  • Building end-to-end use cases that deliver measurable value to stakeholders across mission-critical operations
  • Collaborating directly with customers to prototype solutions, gather feedback, and refine functionality based on user needs
  • Configuring and maintaining ontologies that structure enterprise data models across disparate data sources
  • Developing data transformation pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis within the Palantir environment
  • Building workflows and automated decision-support solutions while supporting requirements gathering, demonstrations, and deployment activities

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 1+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, or 1+ years of experience building workflow applications on low-code/no-code platforms, or 1+ years of data engineering experience on large data platforms such as Databricks
  • Experience facilitating technical workshops and client demonstrations
  • Experience implementing artificial intelligence in workflow applications, including agentic solutions
  • 1+ years of experience developing data pipelines and extract, transform, load (ETL) processes
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting government clients in a consulting environment
  • Experience with Palantir Vantage
  • Experience integrating disparate enterprise data sources
