We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to run day-to-day campaign execution and optimization across a portfolio of B2B technology and AI accounts. You will work alongside senior team members who own overall strategy and the most senior client relationships, while you stay hands-on in the platforms, contribute to strategy, and grow into broader ownership over time. This is a great fit if you have a strong paid media foundation and want to go deep in B2B tech and AI.
What you will do- Run the campaigns: build, launch, manage, and optimize paid media across LinkedIn and paid search with strong operational hygiene and attention to detail.
- Optimize daily: monitor performance, adjust bids, budgets, audiences, and creative, and flag risks and opportunities early.
- Contribute to pipeline: support full-funnel programs tied to MQL and SQL pipeline, and learn how media maps to revenue in long sales-cycle categories.
- Test and learn: execute structured tests across creative, audience, messaging, and bidding, and help interpret what scales.
- Report clearly: prepare campaign reporting, surface clean insights, and contribute recommendations that inform client conversations.
- Communicate reliably: join client calls, respond promptly and clearly, and build trust through accurate work.
Platforms you will work across- LinkedIn Ads, the backbone of B2B demand generation.
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) for high-intent capture.
- Meta Ads for retargeting and demand creation.
- Bonus exposure: Reddit, Quora, X, Microsoft Ads, and B2B intent platforms such as 6sense and Demandbase.

- You contribute insights and ideas that improve performance, not just complete tasks.

Requirements- 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with exposure to B2B, ideally B2B technology, SaaS, or AI.
- Hands-on experience in at least one major platform (LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads), with eagerness to deepen across both.
- Comfortable working with budgets and performance data, analytical and detail-oriented.
- Working understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and lead-quality concepts.
- Clear, proactive communicator who follows through reliably and manages competing priorities across accounts.
- Comfortable working onsite in Sherman Oaks 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing technical products or selling to B2B and developer audiences.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads as a primary demand channel.
- Familiarity with GA4 and GTM, CRM or MAP tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), or B2B intent platforms.
- Strong creative instincts and interest in performance creative testing.
BenefitsBase salary: $75,000 to $90,000. Final base is determined by experience and depth of B2B technology and AI expertise.
